Do I need to be home during the visit?
Nope! As long as we have gate access, we'll take care of everything and send you a text when we're done.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
We work in light rain, but if conditions are unsafe we'll reschedule to the next available day and let you know.
How do I provide gate access?
Just include your gate code or instructions when you sign up. We keep it on file securely.
What do you do with the waste?
We bag everything and take it with us. It never goes in your trash cans unless you prefer that.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with no fees.
